Vehicle Lighting Solutions is concerned about the security of our customers while they are visiting our online store and we know you care about how your information is collected, transmitted, and used. When you place an order with us, the order is transmitted using web browser encryption technology for your security.

Placing an order requires specific customer information, including a name, address, phone number, and credit card information. This specific information ensures that your order will be processed efficiently. When you provide either personal or departmental information we agree not to share or sell in any way that information to any third party company or individual for its use in marketing or solicitation. We will use your information for our internal financial and data tracking purposes. In addition, you may receive mailings or information from us regarding our products or business transactions. If you do not wish to receive such contact, please us with the title "unsubscribe" and we will remove you from our mailing database.

SHIPPING:

Vehicle Lighting Solutions uses UPS and FedEx for all shipments unless truck freight is required due to size and/or weight. We handle shipment requests for U.S. Postal Service on a case by case basis. Shipping charges are based on weight and will be added upon completion of your order at which time they will be available during your online checkout. When comparison shopping, please include shipping charges. We do not inflate our shipping charges.

Most orders ship within 24 hours. Our warehouse is located in Bluffdale, a suburb of Salt Lake City, Utah. To help you determine how long it will take for your order to reach you once it has shipped, we have provided a UPS map with the estimated delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International sales are handled on a case by case basis. All international sales are in U.S. dollars only. Purchaser is liable for all import and/or duties/fees. Please call or us for shipping costs. International sales are final, returns and/or refunds are not accepted. Products outside the U.S. are subjected to each individual manufacturers warranty statement.

RESTRICTED PRODUCTS POLICY:

Laws regarding the use of emergency warning devices vary throughout the United States. Various items are restricted in some jurisdictions by Local or Federal law. Some products and color variations are restricted to Law Enforcement and Emergency Personnel only. By placing an order for a restricted item, you are stating that you are authorized to make such a purchase and that you are in compliance with all Local, State, and Federal laws relating to the purchase and/or use of that product. You further agree to release Vehicle Lighting Solutions from any and all liability associated with the use of the emergency warning devices purchased. In addition, you release Vehicle Lighting Solutions for any and all liability for the use of purchased emergency warning devices whether in Tort, Contract or under other State or Federal law.

PRODUCT PRICING/AVAILABILITY:

Some product pictures may include additional options. Product dimensions are approximations, please see factory spec sheets for exact measurements. Prices in our "Specials" section may only be honored while supplies last and may change at any time.

WARRANTY/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Vehicle Lighting Solutions would like every customer to be satisfied with his or her purchase. If you receive a defective product, you may return the product by simply following the instructions below. We will accept your return up to 15 days from the date of invoice. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. After 15 days, all merchandise is subject to the original manufacturers warranty policy which we will gladly assist you in utilizing. Original freight charges are non-refundable. Product returned after the 15-day return period or without an RMA number will be refused. Vehicle Lighting Solutions will not issue credit on any equipment that has been installed, used, or returned in a non re-saleable condition. Special order and custom items are suject to manufacturers warranty policy. Defective strobe power supplies must be returned to the factory for repair.

Instructions for returns:

• Call customer service (800) 748-4484 for a return authorization number. You must have a return authorization number on the outside of the box or it will be refused.
• Pack the item along with a completed VLS return form and a copy of the packing slip in a box.
• Follow the instructions on the return form and ship the box back to us.
• The product must be returned unused and undamaged in the orginal box with all parts, packing and instructions.
